Meet Chive! He seemed to have escaped an unfortunate situation as he was found roaming the streets with torn rope and metal tied around his neck. I took him in and discovered he was chipped. I contacted his previous owner, and he informed me that he no longer wants to keep his dog. I am fostering Chive until I can find him the perfect home!
