Ethel is a beautiful grey and black tabby with stunning, marble markings and a soft, gentle nature. While she’s navigating the world she is looking for a home where she can learn to feel secure and loved.
Shy at first, Ethel needs a patient and understanding adopter who can give her the time and space to come out of her shell. With gentle encouragement, she will grow in confidence and soon reveal the loving, affectionate cat she is underneath her quiet exterior.

We ask an adoption fee of $175 Which includes a general health exam, spay /neuter surgery, and microchip ID implant, Felv/FIV testing, age-appropriate vaccinations including rabies.

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
