--======================================
Hello, my name is Buddy Lumpkins. As a ridiculously charming and endearing canine companion, I possess a unique blend of physical and personality traits that will make you laugh and roll your eyes in amusement. Initially adopted by an elderly individual as a puppy, I was subsequently surrendered to C2CND due to the challenges associated with caring for a young dog - think puppy energy on steroids.
Typical puppy activities, including playing, eating, sleeping for my daily routine. Notably, my exceptionally short legs eliminate the need for a high fence, but they don't eliminate the need for laughter and snickers every time I try to run. I am an affable and social animal, I might be shy at first, but I do warm up quickly, exhibiting a remarkable ability to get along with everyone , except for the occasional squirrel that I just can't resist chasing. Currently, I reside in a foster home with both large and small dogs, with whom I engage in playful activities, such as games of tag and playful banter, which usually ends with me getting tackled to the ground. While I thoroughly enjoy chasing my foster siblings and pursuing balls and chew toys, I have been known to exhibit bit rough behavior around smaller dogs, necessitating guidance on proper play etiquette, or as I like to call it, "Puppy Finishing School." I derive great pleasure from car rides and leisurely strolls through the neighborhood, demonstrating excellent leash manners, albeit with occasional pauses to investigate scent markings, because, let's be real, sniffing is the best. As a puppy, I require a family willing to assume full responsibility for my actions, ensuring everyone's safety and well-being, and also willing to clean up after my occasional accidents in new environment. I am crate-trained, sleeping through the night and remaining calm while my foster parents are away, but don't worry, I still know how to throw a good love tantrum when you get home so don't get my way in covering you with kisses and exuberant butt wiggles.
In summary, I am a well-rounded puppy eager to find my forever family, who will love me for my goofy antics and my ability to make them laugh.
Buddy Lumpkins is a puppy requiring a family who understands that accidents and destructive behavior may occur if left unsupervised, but hey, that's just part of the fun. Due to his youthful exuberance, he tends to jump on people and dogs, necessitating obedience training to thrive in his new home, or as I like to call it, "Puppy Boot Camp." Buddy Lumpkins is an exceptionally sweet and affectionate puppy, boasting a unique physical appearance with his long body and tail juxtaposed with remarkably short legs, which makes him look like a canine version of a sausage. His goofy demeanor is infectious, spreading joy and enthusiasm for daily adventures, and also spreading laughter and amusement at his expense. He lavishes his human companions with kisses and snuggles, making him an ideal addition to any family willing to provide the necessary understanding and care, and also willing to laugh at his silly antics.
