This helps Pep's Pals Rescue with pet care costs.
Tyson’s story is one of resilience and hope. He found himself in an overcrowded shelter in San Antonio, TX, where his life was at risk through no fault of his own. Despite the chaos around him, Tyson remained a gentle and loving soul, earning the hearts of those who met him.
During his evaluation, Tyson showed his sweet and sociable nature by eagerly approaching for affection and taking treats gently with a wagging tail and a relaxed, happy demeanor. He's the kind of dog who seems to know that love and kindness can turn his world around.
Tyson shared his kennel with another dog, so he may be open to living with other pups. However, as with all new introductions, a proper meet-and-greet is always recommended.
This young and petite German Shepherd mix is ready to thrive in a loving home where he can leave his past behind. Whether you're looking for a loyal adventure buddy or a cuddle companion, Tyson is eager to be your best friend.
TYSON IS CURRENTLY IN SAN ANTONIO, TX, BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.
Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).
Our adoption fee is $350 plus health certificate ($50) and transport ($200 for most locations). This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), fecal analysis, spay, and a heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
