Meet Hope, the shining star of her foster home!

Hope has truly blossomed into a happy, playful, and affectionate companion. We believe she is around 1 year old. This 50-pound Beagle/Shepherd mix is a total social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She's also a fetch fanatic-whether it's a tennis ball, racquetball, or anything that rolls, she's ready to chase it down and bring it right back to you.

She's not just fun; she's polite too! Hope is fully potty-trained, has excellent house manners, and is as easygoing as they come.

After an energetic play session, Hope loves nothing more than curling up for cuddles and a well-deserved nap. She's the perfect blend of adventure buddy and snuggle companion. If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and loving addition to your family, Hope is ready to fill your days with joy and laughter.

Submit Application

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

Interview

IF YOU CAN NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION ON OUR SITE PLEASE EMAIL US AT: questions@awishforanimals.org and we will send you an application.

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
