Meet Neptune! This precious girl has spent her puppy years living in an overcrowded South Texas shelter. She's just recently gotten out and headed to foster care where she's learning about life and all of the nice people! Neptune LOVES other dogs. She is 9 months old and so eager to make people happy. Neptune is extra friendly, excited, and has a happy to lucky attitude. She would love a home with lots of toys and a comfy bed.
