You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Boomer is looking for a new home! Boomer is 35 lbs in a lab body and dachshund legs. Boomer is house-trained and has lived well with adults and bigger dogs. He can be dog-selective, he likes who he likes—no exposure to cats. It's best not to live with small kiddos.
Boomer is very loyal and affectionate to his person/people, following them until they sit down and he can seize the opportunity to sit in a lap. Will bark at everyone but quick to warm up to new adults. He likes chew toys and playing but is happiest snuggling next to a warm body. Not shy about making his presence known. Treat-motivated and willing to learn new tricks. Likes to go on walks and smell the grass. Does best in a harness as he does pull if something interests him but otherwise happy to stay by your side. .

Boomer is healthy, and had a previous ACL surgery without any issues He is neutered and vaccinated for dhlpp, bordetella, and rabies. He had a 4DX heartworm test (negative) and is microchipped with lifetime registration. Boomer is on monthly parasite preventatives.
