All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Ashley’s story begins in a place of hardship but is destined for a future full of love and joy. Just 8 weeks old and weighing a precious 5 pounds, Ashley and her seven siblings were found in the remnants of a burned-out building, huddled together for comfort. Despite the tough start, Ashley’s resilience shines as brightly as her gentle, loving spirit.

This brave little girl is blossoming into a sweet, curious puppy who adores people and eagerly wags her tail at every opportunity for affection. With her warm eyes and soft, silky coat, she’s impossible to resist. Ashley loves exploring the world, from sniffing flowers to chasing after tiny leaves in the breeze. She’s playful and endearing, yet her favorite moments are spent snuggled up close to her people, soaking up every bit of love.

Ashley is expected to grow into a beautiful, 50-pound companion who will be the perfect mix of loyal and adventurous. Whether it’s playtime in the yard, long walks in the park, or cozy evenings at home, Ashley is ready to bring joy and laughter to her forever family.

We are a small group of rescuers who have done rescue with other groups for many years.. some of us have started other rescues. we found that some rescues do not use good adoption practices and felt a new rescue can help more dogs.
