Everyone thinks they have the best Great Dane—and none of them are wrong!
Meet Raven. She is a 9 month old Great Dane weighing in at 92 lbs.
Typical to her breed—she is clumsy, goofy, affectionate and so loving! Although a little shy to strangers, she warms up quickly and will soon be your new best friend! Raven may not be one to take out on the town but she is the perfect companion for laid back walks around the neighborhood and quality time with her family! Due to Raven being convinced she is the size of a chihuahua, a family with older children would be best for this gentle giant.
Raven is crate trained, leash trained, house broken and dog door trained. She is non-destructive and loves a good (non-destructive) chew bone. With size at her advantage, this girl had been known to surf a few counters. She will need a home who will take precaution of what is left in her reach for her safety. Raven has been working on basic commands and knows how to sit, especially if you have a treat in your hand. 😉 She is very playful with others dogs but does not know her size when playing with dogs smaller than her. A home with large dogs would be best. A privacy fence is required in Raven‘s new home for safety. This girl has been known to take a leap over the fence a time or two.
Ravens life slogan is “if I fits, I sits.” So who has a lap big enough for this girl?!
Someone with Great Dane experience or the willingness to learn would be best as they have breed specific needs. Raven did have her stomach tacted to prevent her stomach from twisting in the event of bloat. Due to this her adoption fee is $250
All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption.
