My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mittens is a very sweet and fluffy boy. He loves cuddles and the occasional belly scratch. I have had Mittens since he about 4-6 months old. He is now about 3 1/2- 4 years old. My vet had him as a kitten and offered him to me because he couldn’t keep another animal at home. He is a very curious cat and can sometimes get himself in trouble (like most cats). I have another cat who is a few years older and they have a love/hate relationship. They are known to cuddle and groom each other and then also known to get into small scuffles. He would be perfectly fine in a two cat household with another energetic cat but would probably thrive in a single cat household slightly better. He is a long haired cat and will need to be professionally groomed occasionally. He is skittish around strangers and does need to be mildly sedated for the groomers but it is a very simple process that I can explain. I love mittens dearly, but unfortunately my roommate has developed a severe allergy to him.
