Why this pet is the one for you:
This is Clover, a sweet dog who loves playing with toys and exploring the world on long walks. Although she can be a bit nervous around strangers and unfamiliar settings, she becomes friendly and playful once her trust is gained. Clover found kennel life very scary when she first came to us, but anti-anxiety medication has helped her feel more secure and comfortable. She needs a home with patient, gentle humans who will make her feel safe and loved. If you're looking for a bestie to share your adventures and warm your heart, Miss Clover wants to meet you!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
