My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Vitto! Vitto is a 2-year-old Cane Corso on the lookout for his fur-ever home!

**Vitto is awaiting a dental surgery on Jan 21st, and is avaiable for Foster-To-Adopt until then, when he will be ready for adoption!**

With his exuberant and outgoing personality, Vitto is always ready to have fun and spread joy. He's playful, goofy, and loves to engage with people, bringing a big, frothy smile wherever he goes. His confident nature makes him a true social butterfly, and he's sure to win over everyone he meets!

Vitto is easy to manage on leash thanks to his excellent leash etiquette, making him a fantastic walking companion. However, like many energetic dogs, he can get excitable at times and has a tendency to jump up and mouth. He'll thrive with continued training and consistent guidance, ensuring he becomes the best-behaved version of himself.

The Cane Corso, is a breed of mastiff dog descended from Molossian war dogs of ancient Rome and subsequently bred in Italy as a versatile farm dog and guardian. The Cane Corso's protective nature may have inspired its name, which comes from Latin and can be translated as "bodyguard dog" or "guard dog of the courtyard." In addition, it is able to subdue large prey, including wild boars and badgers, and can herd livestock.

Because of his size, and jumpy nature, Vitto is not suitable for a home with small children. He would thrive in an environment where his energy and personality are appreciated, and where there is room for him to get the exercise and training he needs.

If you think Vitto could be a good fit for you, please fill out an application below.
