Meet Poppy! Poppy came into our shelter surprising us one morning by being tied to a bench in our parking lot. She was immediately affectionate and kind with us and quickly stole the hearts of our staff. She was emaciated and was treated for a UTI but not once did she let her illness affect the love she wanted to give back to us. Poppy made recovery quickly, showing interest in food with her first foster, and allegedly playing with the fosterandamp;#39;s personal dog and tolerated her cats/didnandamp;#39;t pay them extreme attention. Poppy was 2 months when she first entered our system, and now sheandamp;#39;s almost 6 months old and ready for her forever home!
