Noelle is a super sweet little lady who came from a bad situation but that doesn`t stop her from being friendly to everyone she meets. She is definitely a lover and loves to cuddle and hug. She does well with other dogs and likes cats. She is great with kids and adults alike.

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
