Meet Jonesy Your Adventure Buddy in the Making!

Hi there! Im Jonesy, a 7-month-old corgi boy with big puppy energy and an even bigger heart. Life is one big adventure, and Id love to share it with YOU!

Heres the scoop on me: Im doing great with potty training (gold stars all around!) and am crate trained, though Id much rather be out exploring the world with my family. Im a leash-walking pro, a car-riding champ, and my recall skills get better every day!

Im super friendly with everyone people, cats, dogs, you name it. I love playing hard and then crashing for a solid nap afterward (play hard, sleep harder, am I right?). Belly rubs are my absolute favorite, and while Ill happily sit with you for snuggles, Im also cool doing my own thing when its time to relax.

Id thrive in an active home with a yard to zoom around in, another doggy sibling to wrestle with, and humans who love adventures as much as I do. Oh, and did I mention Im food and treat motivated? Training me is basically a breeze.

More about this rescue

Love For Dogs is a rescue that consists of a system of volunteers and foster homes located in and around Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ. We focus on small dogs with medical needs, undersocialized as well as fospice. We are non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to rescuing dogs in need from our surrounding communities. These dogs may be shy, sick, injured, orphaned, or just old... all are at risk of euthanasia. We bring these dogs into loving and skilled foster homes where they receive the love and care needed to be adopted into wonderful forever homes, or to spend their final days.

We also serve our community by providing resources and help on responsible dog ownership. We believe no dog should die in a shelter or be unloved - they have so much love to give. From the puppy to the hospice dogs, every dog deserves their own loving family.
