Friedrich is a boisterous and happy guy! He loves to play and give kisses!
Friedrich had an accident shortly after coming into rescue. He was playing and running around with his buddies when he got his foot caught in the kennel and broke a few of his toes. He had to have surgery to correct the break and now has a pin in his foot. He was not a fan of a smaller living space and limited activity when he was healing, but he healed well and is ready to run around and be a normal puppy!
Friedrich loves to jump and run and play with other dogs and would like a playmate in his new home. He also enjoys puzzle toys and any toy really, but after spending so much time without a friend, what he really enjoys is. having someone to play with!
Friedrich hopes that his family is ready for some serious cuddles and kisses too, because you have to keep things balanced!
Friedrich's adoption fee is $500. He is microchipped, current on age appropriate vaccines and on monthly heart worm prevention. He has not been neutered due to his young age (we spay at 6 months). A neuter contract is required. Next steps can be found at leiashope.org.

All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
