Cherokee, born in March of 2024, and his brother were surrendered to a shelter at the age of 3 weeks. They have been delightful to raise. Cherokee is a sweet and extremely loving kitty. He loves to explore the house and follow you around to see if you need any help with your chores. Cherokee is truly an explorer, often leading others into adventures. Cherokee is very respectful of other kitties and like his fellow foster kitties, friendly with cat savvy dogs. Cherokee is FeLV/FIV negative, up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. He'd love to be adopted with his brother Krim but could be happy with another young cat in the home. Apply to meet Cherokee soon. He will not disappoint.

Cat Tales Rescue NC is the nonprofit rescue arm of Cat Tales Cat Cafe, which provides a unique and invaluable avenue for adoptions. The Cat Cafe environment allows us to get to know each cat and adopter individually enabling us to set adopters up for success which leads to happier adoptions. Even previously overlooked cats get a chance to shine at the café. At the Cat Cafe, cats get adopted quickly, which allows us to be efficient and cost effective, but most importantly, cause the least amount of stress on the cats.
