Meet Zu, a three year old German Shepherd/Husky mix available for adoption. Zu has been with us a few times in the past but this time his owner never came back for him. Zu has adjusted well with being back with us. He does great in his kennel and keeps it clean, walks great on a leash, and does well with staff and volunteers. He did great with other dogs so he wouldn`t mind a buddy at home as well. He`s just a mellow guy looking for his forever home. Zu will need a strong handler that is can show leadership, discipline, and knowledge of the breed`s needs and wants. His adoption fee is $235, which includes his vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and neuter

ADOPTION PROCESS
-Come meet with an animal and discuss your adoption plans with our Vet Techs. Viewing hours begin at 10am Monday – Friday.
-Complete adoption application and ensure the best match
-After adoption is approved, you will complete adoption contract and fill out necessary medical forms
-JTAC accepts cash or credit with an additional $5 service charge. Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic accepts any form of payment when you pick up the following day.

Puppies $125, Dogs $75 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and bordetella, and heartworm test for adults)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $70, Neuter (male) $60, Rabies shot/tag $25

Kittens $100, Cats $50, Senior Cats $25 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and FIV/FELV testing)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $45, Neuter (male) $35, Rabies shot/tag $25
