Meet Oden, an amazing all black kitten born on April 12, 2024, with his four siblings. All were named after gods after their mom, Persephone, a rescued feral. Oden is handsome, sweet and feisty furball who's quite playful and loves to play with his kitten foster friends. Oden has a hearty appetite for sure and always cleans his bowl, especially when treats are involved. He gets along well with other kittens but has never met dogs, so a slow and safe introduction is suggested. A home with older children or teens might be ideal as he is a little extra sensitive to loud sounds. He's also a little sensitive about being held; he will allow it but likes to squirm to be put back down. He likes to sit on your chest and keep "climbing up" but again only for a little while. Wand toys are his favorite! He can jump pretty high to get them. He also likes crinkle foil toys, fuzz balls and running tunnels too. If you’re looking for a sweet and silly companion to brighten your home, Oden is such a sweetheart and would make the perfect addition to yours! He has been neutered, microchipped, he's up to date on vaccines and negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee is $100. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ADOPTERS INTERESTED IN ODEN** Oden is a survivor of FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) The treatment consists of 84 days of daily injections, which he endured like a champion. The vet has now pronounced him FIP-free. It is unlikely that he will relapse, but if he does, the rescue will bear the expenses of his treatment, using the same (gs-441524).
