The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat!
EUROPA and her kittens (ATALANA - CIRCE - DESPONIA - ZEPHYR) were saved in San Jacinto, California. The wonderful couple saved them from the very cruel neighbors. So they called us. They are currently fostering them. And we are so glad they did.
Meet EUROPA, a loving and nurturing mama cat from San Jacinto, California, who has dedicated herself to raising her six adorable kittens. With her sleek black and white fur, EUROPA is the picture of feline elegance, but don't let her sweet appearance fool you—she's got a lively spirit, too!
EUROPA is still full of energy, with those playful zoomies that pop up when you least expect them. Whether it's chasing after a toy or darting around a box, she’s always up for a little fun. Boxes? Blankets? Toys? If it’s around, EUROPA will make sure to get involved in the action. But when it’s time to rest, she knows how to unwind and snuggle herself into soft, cozy blankets, napping for hours in complete comfort.
EUROPA's true talent, however, lies in her role as a mama. She's been the absolute best teacher to her six kittens, guiding them through their first few months with patience, care, and lots of love. They’ve been lucky to have her as their role model—learning not just how to be playful, but how to be good, well-behaved kitties.
And don’t think EUROPA is shy about asking for what she wants! She absolutely adores snacks and wet food, and she's not afraid to let you know with her sweet, yet persistent, vocalizations. 4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

JANUARY 2025: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 5 pm - 8 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and Sunday 4 pm - 7 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability and store hours. Store hours change with holidays.

The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
