Meet sweet Vixen!
Vixen is a female Maltese mix around 8-10 years old and weighs 9 lbs. She’s very cuddly and loves attention! She tolerates other dogs but would be happiest being the only dog in the home so she doesn’t have to share the love. She is potty trained but if you can’t get her outside in time she will use a potty pad. She is a pro at sit! She’ll do it automatically anytime she sees food! Her one priority is she gets to sleep in the bed at night, she’ll stay there all night long until you get up in the morning to start the day!
Vixen has been spayed, had a dental, is microchipped and is current on vaccines.

Vixen’s adoption fee is $275 (cash/check only)

Our hospital is open for adoption visitation Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:00pm and Saturday's from 8:00am to 11:00am. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 919-266-8177 or email pets4adoption@bellsouth.net. All adoption fees are cash or check only, we do not accept credit cards for adoption fees.

To speed up the adoption process please visit our webiste, www.mmahrescue.org, to fill out an application and get pre-approved when you arrive to meet your new best friend! Prior to meeting an adoptable animal we do require an approved application to be on file, sorry for this inconvenience.

Cat adoption fees are $50 for kittens under 16 weeks of age and $75 for kittens/cats over 16 weeks of age. Dog adoption fees are $150 for puppies under 16 weeks of age and $175 for dogs over 16 weeks of age.

Additional adoption info

The dog adoption fee of $200 includes; spay/neuter, bordetella, dewormed, any age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test(if old enough), and is current on heartworm prevention. The cat adoption fee of $100 includes; FELV/FIV testing, spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, & dewormed.
An adoption contract is required, references are checked, and an interview is required before adoption.
