Rudy was lying down facing out with large pupils, became very interested in treats and came forward, enjoying all petting, rolling on his side, leaning in nicely for cheek rugs while eating at the same time. He raised his rear when pet near the base of his tail, but he didn't enjoy the attempted pick up. Generally speaking, he appears to be a very sweet cat.

Rudy interacts with the observer, solicits & appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in cats who may not like being picked up. Note in the home he tolerated it but struggled.

ACC rescues more than 20,000 animals each year. A non-profit organization, ACC is under contract with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to rescue, care for and find loving homes for homeless and abandoned animals.
