Diggy
Neutered male
1 year
30 lbs
Lab mix
Diggy Diggs is in town! And he’s just a doll. Diggy loves other dogs and kids, and cat tested great! He’s on the submissive end and loves to play and have a good time! He lives with two young kids and three older small dogs and is very perceptive and polite with all! He’s got excellent manners and doesn’t jump or mouth, and just wants to please his people.
Diggy does the cutest thing that steals everyone’s hearts. He SMILES! When he’s feeling excited or shy, he does this goofy grin and shows his little front teeth! It’s adorable and he does it quite often. He also likes to gently bump his little wet nose on you for attention and pitter patter his front feet when excited. Diggy is wicked smart! He’s very food motivated and takes treats gently. He’s potty trained, and only had one or two oopsies when he first arrived! Impressive for a pup who’s been in the shelter for two months.
Diggy is a quiet sleeper, resting soundly in his crate at night, and is making daily progress with day crating. When left alone in the crate, he will bark for a while before he settles and rests, and will also bark at excitement outside. Other than those times, he’s overall a pretty quiet guy. He walks beautifully on a leash and enjoys going for walks. To know Diggy is to be smitten! This little guy is going to make his adoptive family so happy.
If you are interested in Diggy, please apply at the adoption link in the comments below or message the rescue if you are already pre-approved.
