Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Synonym and his brother Antonym (Thesaurus, anyone?) came to PAWS after their owner was forced to move and could not bring them along. Both are pretty chill, easygoing cats and both are polite and respectful with other cats.
Their former owner describes Synonym as medium-energy, most active in the daytime and a little wary of strangers. He allowed us to gently pet his head when we dropped by to introduce ourselves. Synonym stayed tucked away for a his first couple of days in his room in the cat cottage. Today, he was out in the open and resting at the bottom of a cat tree just below his brother.
Synonym loves cardboard scratchers and “lil’ soups,” according to his paperwork. He also is kind of crazy about catnip treats. We sense he will warm up quickly, especially in a more relaxed and quiet home. He loves the drama-free life.
