My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jewel showed up at her foster mom's doorstep severely malnourished while clearly nursing a nearby litter.  After a few days of good food and reassurance, she led her rescuer to her kittens living under a dilapidated trailer.  Jewel is a wonderful mother to her kittens and is extremely protective over them.  Jewel loves to be around people and loves pets and attention.  She will follow you around quietly but is playful with her kittens chasing them and teaching them to hunt with her favorite toys.

Jewel would do best as an only cat or adopted with one or both of her kittens, Jasper and Jax.  She is lovely and is looking for her furever home.

More about this rescue

Everett Animal Welfare Group is an all volunteer organization that works to humanely reduce the number of stray and homeless cats in our community thru spay and neuter, adoption and trap neuter return.
We know our cats and kittens and can make a purrfect match for you.
We do not adopt cats to homes outside of our local community so we can always stay in touch and close driving distance.

We assist people in accessing low cost spay or neuter surgeries thru our local vets as partners and by small transports to low cost, high quality Spay clinics outside our community.
We teach free trap, neuter and return classes and loan traps as available.
