She was living with a homeless man taking care of her and the puppies when he pleaded for help due to not having any more food or shelter for them. Fran and her puppies both found rescue.She is a lovely, friendly dog and is good with other dogs.Fran is Heartworm positive and will be treated, plus will get spayed when done.
