My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greta and Ciri are 4-month-old kittens who are looking for their forever home together. We are only adopting these girls out as a pair.

Greta is a stunningly beautiful long-haired Torti and is always full of fun. She is very affectionate, enjoys lap time and has a lovely loud purr. Greta has never met a shoelace that she couldn't untie and play with.

Ciri is the most energetic and athletic kitten! She moves like a gymnast and sometimes pirouettes like a ballet dancer. She is super friendly and enjoys petting on your lap but she does not stay long as she has so many worlds to conquer.

Greta and Ciri are great friends and playmates. They both like to be where the action is. They love to be petted and are often found together on a cat tree, snuggling or playfully wrestling.

Kingdom Animal Shelter is not a "same day" adoption shelter. To adopt from Kingdom Animal Shelter:
Complete an adoption application and authorization for release of information form and bring them to the Shelter during adoption hours or email them to adoptions@kingdomanimalshelter.com or mail them in to P.O. Box 462, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819. The application and release of information forms are available at http://www.kingdomanimalshelter.com/available-cats.html or you can pick them up from the shelter during adoption hours.
An adoption counselor will review your application, contact 1-2 personal references and contact your veterinarian for a reference. Additionally, if you are a renter, we will contact your landlord for permission to have an animal in the household.
Please allow at least 3 business days for the process to be completed.
After the review is complete, the adoption counselor will contact you, generally by e mail or by phone.
You will be notified if your application is approved or declined.
If the application is approved, you will work with the adoption counselor to work out a mutually agreed upon time and date for you to take your cat home.
