What a journey Miss Ryleigh has had! This one year old female stray kitty was rescued after she was spotted running around for several days with a trap caught on her foot. Taken to the emergency vet, her front leg had to be amputated but she can walk, use the litter box and even climb her cat tree.

Shy at first, Ryleigh is a very gentle kitty and LOVES to have her head scratched and be petted everywhere, including her tummy. She would do best in a quiet home where she can be the only pet and get lots of loving.

Ryleigh is a good eater and chirps when she wants your attention. Often she is content to lie next to you while being pet. She is negative for fiv/felv, vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. Ryleigh's adoption fee is $150 and she is indoor only.

This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. Adoptable cats and kittens are shown on our website with detailed profiles and pictures. To help our potential adopters learn more about the cat(s), we encourage them to first contact and discuss with the foster family if it might be a good fit. Potential adopters must submit an adoption application for review and evaluation.

We require that adopted cats be mainly indoor cats and no declawing is allowed. Adopters must be over 21 years old and sign a contract that lists out his/her responsibility as the cat's owner.

Does he want to cuddle or perhaps his comfort zone is to be more independent. Many life-factors influence cat behavior and while genetics plays a role, we know that human touch, kindness, nurturing and consistency of care are non-negotiable requirements. We provide all of this.
