My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Herc was rescued from death row in San Antonio, Texas. He has had a rough life in his few short years, including being attacked by other stray dogs. Still, he is very sweet and loving to me. He takes treats gently and has never shown any aggression towards me or any other human. He also has broken some of his teeth, and clearly has been abused by humans. I agreed to be his foster because I saw such pain and suffering in his eyes, suffering no being should have to endure. He deserves a loving home where he doesn’t have to worry about being attacked again. Herc is not good with cats, so he must go to a cat free home. He does ok with my other dogs, but he needs supervision during play, if another dog attacks him he won’t back down. He is very loyal, and would be an awesome dog for the right home. He cuddles with me all the time, a real velcro dog. If you have compassion, and want to give an abused being a second chance at life, please consider adopting him.
