My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mabel is a sweet 10-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She's one of the mellowest dogs I know. She's happiest when hanging out with her people. As her owner, I'm quite sad to have to rehome her as she's been a great and loving dog.

But I have some ongoing health issues that make it hard for me to walk her as much as I think she needs/deserves. And am not working at the moment because of those health issues, so it's hard to afford to keep her.

Mabel is friendly with other dogs out on walks. But in terms of a home, she may be a "one dog household" kind of dog. It's what she's accustomed to.

Mabel is very loving, mellow energy dog and prefers to keep the company of her humans. She is a devoted and loyal. I think she would do well in a home where there's mostly someone around. I have worked from home, so she's used to a human during the day. She probably wouldn't do well with no human contact for more than five hours.
