What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
My daughter's been fostering this pup for a bit now. She rescued him off the street and has been trying to find him a home ever since. According to the vet, he should be around 8-9 months now. Bootz is a very loving dog, but he has lots of energy. She's been trying to train him while she's had him. She found that he commands if you're consistent. He is potty-trained and crate-trained. The only times he ever pees in the house is if he gets super excited after not going out for a while or if he's in trouble. She found him a home for a week, but the owner asked her to pick him up. He seemed afraid after she picked him up, so we think he might've been abused there because the owner expected him to be a fully trained dog. After being with Bootz, it's easy to see that he'll make a great dog, he just needs a good home. A home with lots of love, care, and time. Bootz loves to be near you and to play and have some pets every now and then. He loves water, you just not too much!
