Hello there Baxter here. If you want to make a difference in a dogs life please consider adopting me. I ended up in a shelter since my owner passed away and I was found as a stray. I am a sweet older boy who loves my canine friends I would make a great companion to a social pup who doesn`t mind that I don`t respect personal space. I am 14 years old and weigh in at about 20 lbs I love to walk on a leash and currently I am in a foster home with 2 other dogs and I love my canine foster siblings as well as my foster moms. Because of my age I am considered a hospice adoption as they don`t know how long I have left and it would be nice to spend my golden days in a loving home. I am considered special needs as I am on thyroid meds and at the beginning to middle stages of renal failure. I am currently eating kidney food (kd) If you want to take a chance and give me a loving home I will show you how grateful I am in return.
If you think you have room in your heart and home to give me a chance please go online and fill out an online application and we can setup a virtual meeting to meet me in my foster home.
