Maize is about 4 months old, she was found at a bus stop in Newark, Ohio. She is bonded to her sister Mauve, they make a great pair. Maize is FULL of energy and a go getter. She is not a crazy cat - she has well mannered energy where she does play with her toys and on cat trees. She instantly took to the fosters house and jail broke the foster room - she walked the house like she owned it. She is full of personality and loves pets! She loves to snuggle when she crashes. Seeks the foster out to lay on her chest and get kisses to fall asleep. She has a $125 adoption fee.
All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized.

Free transport is regularly available to Wayne/Holmes County areas! We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.

We are a central Ohio rescue, with the hopes of rehoming animals in need, helping those with medical needs that would otherwise be euthanized, and supporting local TNR efforts to reduce the numbers of unwanted/homeless animals being born.
