Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Nami came to Cameron Animal Rescue with such a severe infection that we weren't sure she would survive. Amazingly, she hasn't just survived, she's thrived! The infection did cause severe scarring in her eyes and the loss of most of her vision, but that doesn't slow her down for a second. This happy, otherwise healthy girl loves to run, play, and jump. And she can't wait for her forever family to adopt her so that she can play all day long.
Nami's eyes are permanently scarred, but she does not have any active illness/infection- in fact she is very healthy. Nami can likely see shadows, but she has very limited vision. That doesn't limit her activity at all. She still runs, jumps, and chases toys with bells- and those without! She will need to be introduced to areas with stairs carefully, but there are no resctrictions on her adoption or activity level. She is bright and alert, and full of energy. She is FeLV/FIV negative. Her adoption includes her full series of FVRCP (distemper) and Rabies vaccines; full fecal testing, treatment, and prophylactic deworming; her spay; microchip; 30 days of free pet insurance.
Nami loves people, and is gentle with everyone she meets. She also loves playing with other cats- she must be adopted with another kitten or to a home with another young cat as a playmate. She hasn't been exposed to dogs, but we can dog test her upon request.
Nami has tons of love to give- she needs a family who will love her because of how special she is, not those who have turned away because she looks a little bit different. Can you appreciate Nami's incredible love and spirit? Email CAHadoptions@gmail.com for more information.
