Meet Cookie, who was born on November 25, into the care the care of one of our fosters. His mom came from the Rowan County Animal Shelter, and he is a Dalmation / Hound mix. He is healthy and thriving and will be ready to go to his forever home after being weaned. He is scheduled to receive his first set of shots in a few days.
