Named after the beloved Disney character, Perdita has the same sweet, loyal nature. At first, she is a little shy around new faces, but once she gets to know you, she happily accepts all of your affection! Perdita loves curling up in cozy spots and watching the world go by. She makes for a snuggly lap warmer or a quiet work-from-buddy. This pup may require a bit of patience as she adjusts to her new environment, but we know she will make a rewarding companion. With her doting temperament, it will just take a little extra time! Perdita is predisposed to be relatively active, playful, and easygoing as a Cocker Spaniel mix. If you are ready for a project dog that will reward you with endless gratitude, consider taking this girl home! Just place your application to get started!

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
