My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amigo and his 6 siblings were trapped as feral kittens at a business in Buhl. Of the 7 kittens, Amigo settled quickly, once he realized the value of friendly humans, regular meals, and safe space were part of the deal. Approaching humans is still daunting, but he is fine with petting whenever he is allowed to initiate the contact. He loves the company of other cats and is everybody's friend (amigo). No experience with very young children and combined with that early feral background, isn't a good choice for homes with very young children. He also has no dog experience, but will be a great first pet for a gentle and responsible, cat-experienced older child. Please make dog introductions carefully. Amigo is an active and inquisitive youngster who is growing fast and his large paws suggest he'll be a good sized boy. Although he's not done growing, he is ready to find his forever family. Our current fee for a cat or kitten is $80.00
We require a signed application that is reviewed by our volunteers.
Adopter must agree that the pet will be Inside Only and must have permission from their landlord if they are renting.
Before adoption all of our pets are thoroughly examined by one of our vets. They have received a rabies shot, series of vaccinations, tested negative for FIV/FELV and are always spayed or neutered.

Go meet their pets

We currently have kennels available to us at the Twin Falls and Meridian PetSmart Adoption Centers. We have scheduled kitten socials, where you can arrange to meet some of our cats. Our pets are also available for viewing on our website and on petfinder.com.
We are happy to arrange a private meeting and adoption for any of our cats after we have approved the adoption application.

More about this rescue

We are a small and devoted group of volunteers who started this organization in 2010. Our goal is to find homes for as many cats and kittens as we are physically and financially able to do. We have no facility and all of our pets are cared for in loving foster homes. We do as much as we can with the funds from adoption fees, donations and contributions from all of our volunteers.
