Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Seamus came to CVHS when his person was no longer able to care for multiple dogs in the home.
This big fluffy boy LOVES being outside, no matter the temperature, and enjoys sniffing and patrolling our yards.
He has done really well with everyone he has met here, and has a very gentle temperament. He hasn`t had any exposure to cats or kids, but feel he`d do just fine with kids over 6, with proper introductions. He was involved in a couple scuffles in his prior home, so even though he`s been non-reactive to the other dogs here, we feel he would do best being the only pet in the home at this time.
Seamus loves to ride in the car, so as long as you can tolerate having the window down, he`d be happy being your traveling sidekick!
A 5-week Good Manners training course is included in Seamus` $350.00 adoption fee. Please call the Adoption Center at 802-476-3811, or email info@centralvermonthumane.org, to schedule a time to talk to an adoption counselor about him, and to determine if you should meet Seamus.
