My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Gracie is a 'well bred' 72 lb Doberman with natural ears and a docked tail.  She was dumped by the side of the road in the county in central Texas and has clearly had multiple litters. Gracie was adopted several years ago, but due to medical hardship her family had to return her. She’s currently in foster care with 2 dogs, and 2 children ages 1 and 4, and Gracie gets along with everyone.

Foster Update: Gracie is sweet, affectionate and eager to please. She’s got great house manners and walks well on leash. She gets along great with dogs of all sizes, and actively seeks affection from the two small children in the home. Gracie is crate trained, but can be vocal when first left alone. She much prefers trying to sneak off to sleep in bed with the 4 year old. Gracie is a lovely Doberman that just wants to be where her people are. She would love to join an active family with or without kids or dogs.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $500, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.
