Meet Pepper (A213119)! Pepper is approximately ten years young and looking for a loving home at the shelter!

Hi, my name is Pepper and I'm a super sweetie cuddle bug. My beloved guardian passed away and left me and 6 of my kitty friends behind. Even though she loved us all dearly, everyone knew that I was her favorite as I was always snuggled on her chest or lap!

I can be shy at first and need a patient, loving adopter who will nurture me and help me feel loved and secure so my purrsonality can shine! I have so much love to give. Please give me a chance to love you! I need a quiet indoor home without young kids or dogs.

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control. To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof.

You must be 18 years or older to adopt.

If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s).
