Meet Magnolia, a stunning Great Pyrenees with a beautiful white coat and a heart full of love. Born around July 2020, this playful, gentle, and endearingly sweet girl is no ordinary pup. Despite being deaf, she’s a quick learner who communicates beautifully through visual cues and body language. She’s even mastering some basic American Sign Language (ASL) commands, proving that this smart cookie is ready to rise to any challenge. Magnolia does need an active and patient companion who can provide visual guidance, like signaling when it’s time to come inside, and a family knowledgeable about her breed who will commit to continuing her training with consistent hand signals or basic ASL commands. Magnolia is a little cutie with a personality as beautiful as her name. She’s a little timid when it comes to taking treats from your hand, but will happily gobble them up when placed on the floor. When it’s mealtime, Magnolia will eagerly trot to her feeding spot like a lady who knows exactly what she wants. Beware of her perfected Pyr stare, though—it’s her not-so-subtle way of letting you know that YOUR food looks delicious! Playtime is Magnolia’s happy place, and she enjoys everything from wrestling with her foster siblings to a brisk walk or run at the park. She’s crate-trained, using her crate like a cozy retreat when directed, and she walks beautifully on a leash, making outdoor adventures a joy for everyone involved. Magnolia thrives on affection—she adores scratches, belly rubs, and loving attention—but she’s a little cautious when it comes to giving her heart away. Patience is key, and the rewards are immeasurable with this sweet girl. Magnolia is searching for a forever family who understands her unique needs, appreciates her affectionate nature, and will continue to help her grow into her full potential. If you’re ready to learn some sign language, enjoy big fluffy snuggles, and share your life with a loyal companion who sees the world through beautiful bright eyes, consider adopting this gorgeous girl!
