Medical/Behavioral needs: Mr. Crinkles has cute, curly ears, but no known ear trouble. He is FIV+. FIV is a feline-only retrovirus that affects a cat’s immune system. He is currently asymptomatic and in good health. An adopter should be aware that FIV can make a cat more vulnerable to other medical issues because their immune system is not as strong as an FIV negative cat. FIV is not transferable to humans or dogs and can only be transferred to other cats through a deep cat bite.
Animal Characteristics: Mr. Crinkles is a big, sweet, cuddly love bug who adores attention. He will rub against you, nose boop and roll over on his back to have his belly rubbed. His dream is to spend his days sitting beside his human and his nights snuggled up sleeping with you. He is shy at first and appreciates a peaceful environment, but once he is cozy in his forever home, he will enjoy being picked up, hugged and snuggled.
