Looking for a pretty pup to call your own? Meet Fiona! Fiona was brought to us as a "stray" by her owners. We aren't sure why they gave Fiona up, but she's not letting it get her down! Fiona is still just a puppy, so she is looking for a family that will help her out with training and socialization. When Fiona came to us she did not understand how to walk on a leash and was afraid of people. Thankfully she is making quick progress, and is blossoming into a happy and playful puppy! Fiona does well with other dogs, though as most puppies she is still learning how to properly socialize and play. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Fiona home. If you are interested in meeting with Fiona, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit.

OUR MISSION: It is the mission of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center & Shelter to provide an environment of continuous improvement; emphasizing excellent service and safety for the community; providing the dogs and people of Fairfield County protection, care, and compassion with innovative, yet sustainable means; all while maintaining a standard of the utmost integrity.

It is the purpose of the Fairfield County Dog Adoption Center and Shelter to embrace the dogs of the community; to keep lost or adoptable dogs safe until they can find their way home; to protect Fairfield County through the enforcement of Section 955 of the Ohio Revised Code , and to continue to provide the community with education opportunities on the importance of pet safety and population control.
