My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet handsome Leo! Leo is looking for an experienced dog owner home and one who should be familiar with the breed and would love to get to know this 85lb boy. Leo is standoffish when meeting new people and likes a slow introduction. He is looking for patient people who can give him the time it takes for him to bond. Leo may take a few meets at the shelter before he is ready to go home.

True to his breed he is loyal, smart and strong. Once he is comfortable with you, he will get close. Leo loves to play with tennis balls and enjoys time to explore outside. He would make an excellent walking, jogging or hiking buddy! Leo does not mind the company of most other dogs, but has never been around cats. Leo possibly be able to live in a home with kids who are older teens. . If you think Leo might be a good fit for your home, please head to our website www.worcesterarl.org and fill out the Dog Adoption Inquiry Form listed under his bio. That is the first step!
