My name is Jasper!

Jasper came to our home approximately May of 2023 when he was two years old. My son and I selected Jasper from the selection of cats available as he was the most engaged and enjoyed giving licks to your hand. We had a cat (Luna) already living in the home at the time Jasper joined us. Jasper follows the principal strike first and ask questions later. I have tried to slowly integrate the cats by allowing them to look at each other with me in between until one shows signs of hostility which sadly usually takes less than 5 minutes. We have tried calming collars, calming medicine for Jasper that he receives in his ear, and a room diffuser with no visible changes observed. Jasper can be a sweet cat as long as you respect his boundaries which include not petting him past his neck, approaching him with your hand available to lick, and not picking him up. He doesn't like to be visually separated from his owner and will let you know when you have committed this error by wailing until you fix it
