Here's what the humans have to say about me:
About This Pet:
Meet Toby, the fun-loving, water-adoring pup who brings joy wherever he goes! Toby has a smile that lights up the room, especially when you talk to him. This playful guy thrives on adventure, particularly when it involves splashing around in the water. He gets along great with other dogs like his buddy Bruno, though he can be a bit rough and rowdy in his play style. Toby would be a fantastic companion for someone who loves an active and outgoing dog that keeps life exciting.

Our goal is to eliminate the euthanasia of companion animals in Galveston County by promoting and providing resources, education, and programs to transform animal welfare in our communities.
What makes us different is we were created to not just help animals, but people too. We realize that animals and people are very much interconnected, and a big part of our organization is outreach.
