Meet Sage: A Resilient Husky Mix Seeking Her Forever Home!
This beautiful 1-2 year old husky mix is ready for a fresh start after overcoming a challenging beginning. Found in Waco, Texas by a kind soul who rescued her after a car accident, Sage has healed from her injuries and is thriving in her foster home in Erie, Colorado.
About Sage:
• Petite husky mix, around 45 lbs
• Medium energy level
• Potty and crate trained
• Sleeps quietly through the night
• Independent spirit with typical husky personality
• Great with most dogs
• Peacefully coexists with cats
• Enjoys outdoor activities and playtime
Daily Life:
• Loves walks and yard time
• Enjoys playing with toys
• Settles quietly on her bed indoors
• Walks well on leash (some excited pulling)
Special Considerations:
Due to her past experiences, Sage can be hesitant in new situations and meeting new people. She needs a patient family willing to help build her confidence and trust. She would thrive with:
• Another dog in the home or regular canine friend
• A quiet household
• Older children or adult-only home
• Understanding of her need for patience and support
Sage is ready to bring her sweet personality and loving nature to the right forever home. Could you be the one to give this resilient girl her happy ending?
