Meet Delphina

Meet our special girl named Delphina! This sugar sweet 8 year old was saved from certain death in the shelter since she was in need of dental work. She now has had the dental work she needed and is ready for her very own family! Delphina plays like a kitten and enjoys her mouse toys. She will run around the house carrying them in her mouth throwing them up in the air. She has great hunting imaginations and tries to entice others to play her mouse games with her. When she finishes her day of hunting with the mouse, she drowns them in her water bowl! How’s that for a great hunters finish? Delphina would love to be someone's forever kitty!

She’s not so much as a Spring chicken, that may have been a few springs ago, but she is looking for an agility course to call her own. For now she's leaping over her feline friends with grace and nimbleness with the smoothest Grace. If you have seen her, you would think she's a spring kitten.

Submit Application

All applicants must be prepared to provide proof of home ownership or a lease showing the pet will be allowed in the home

2.
Approve Application

applicant will need to provide photos of the property detailing fencing and overall yard. More may be required

3.
Interview

Interviews may be done in person or on the phone or at time of meet and greet.

PETCO - CATS
Cat and kitten adoptions EVERY Saturday from 1-4pm and at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

PETCO - DOGS
Dog and puppy adoptions EVERY Saturday from 12:00-4:00 at the Napa Petco located at 3284 Jefferson Street, Napa, CA 94558.

More about this rescue

Whiskers, Tails and Ferals is a network of volunteers and foster families caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens who have been abandoned, are feral, or are facing the threat of being euthanized at an animal shelter.
All dogs and cats that come into our program are spayed or neutered. Felines are FeLV and possibly FIV, vaccinated, wormed (as needed) and micro-chipped.
All sick animals are immediately put under the care and supervision of a Napa veterinarian and Whiskers, Tails and Ferals pays for their medications.
The cats and kittens that are not able to be tamed, are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and returned to their colonies where colony guardians continue to feed and care for them.
