My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Have you ever met a cat that will play ball with your children? Well now you have! Hi I’m Boomer - short for boomerang. Even though I’m an adult cat I still love to play, I will chase a ball around the house or yard with you. Not a ball chaser? That’s fine, I can entertain myself too with some toys and then come sit next to you while you relax. I currently reside at a vet clinic with 10 other cats, and see dogs in and out of the place all day. The cats are cool but I prefer the dogs not get in my bubble. The people though, man! I love people! I make my rounds saying hi to all the employees, then lay on the counter so I can greet all the customers. The ladies that work there tell me sometimes I get to excited with my love bites and sometimes they are too hard. I think they are just babies, but it maybe too hard for small children. If you don’t have any of those small kids in the house though I’d be the perfect cat for you! I’d keep coming back to you with all my love like a boomerang!

More about this rescue

Animals Are Our Mission
Paw Pact Rescue is a volunteer operated, donor supported, non profit animal welfare organization. All animals in our care are fostered in home to ensure proper care and socialization. Prior to adoption, each animal receives any needed veterinary care to treat illness or injury. Once healthy, they are spayed or neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed and put on proper prevention against fleas, ticks and heartworms.

All felines are tested for FIV/FeLV and all canines are tested for heartworms.

A Winning Team
Our amazing team of volunteers are committed to helping animals in our community. We take our convictions and turn them into action. Think you would be a good fit? See our contact page for more information!
