Malto is a 10 month old Chinese Shar-Pei mix with a big ol’ head! He has a hint of sass in his personality though, and doesn’t like being told he looks scary (for real, a person who rudely said he looked like he’d bite their hand off did ironically get barked at in response). He likes other dogs and people, is curious about cats but likes to play pounce, and was extremely weirded out by a goat he saw at Tractor Supply…he barked up a storm and was confused when it didn’t bark back (in his defense a goat would be a strange looking dog). Malto loved sniffing around Underground Books and was very well behaved for his bath at Tractor Supply. He’s very smart and listens well, and would be extremely receptive to training! If you’re looking for a chill little guy with a chill little face, swing by the shelter and meet Malto!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
